What is The Newspaper? |
The Newspaper is a summary that needs to be completed by one member of a thread once it is completed; this should describe who was in the thread and what took place there. The summary does not need to be long, but should contain enough comprehensive material that the reader knows what happened in the thread without having to read over the entirety of it.
What does The Newspaper do? |
The Newspaper keeps all members informed of what took place in different threads without having to go read each one. It also helps to keep administrators and moderators alerted as to what is going on. Think of it as Panem’s “Big Brother”.
Is completing The Newspaper absolutely necessary? |
It is not mandatory that you complete this, but it is encouraged.
