The Training Arena
The Training Arena is where the tributes for the Hunger Games practice their skills so they are prepared for the challenges in the actual arena. The inside of this area is very complex and vast, filled with twenty different stations that all train the tributes in a different aspect that could possibly keep them alive just that much longer or make them that much more deadly. Most Career children go straight for the weaponry stations because they have already been trained in the basic knowledge of the arena and because their usual strategy is to kill all their opponents as quickly as possible.
At the end of the Training Session each tribute is given a score on a scale of one to twelve, one being the lowest and therefore worst and twelve being the highest and nearly impossible to reach. Sponsors will also give gifts off of these numbers, wanting to support those who have gained the highest because they show the most potential.
