District Nine
The District |
District Nine is known as the grain district because of the all the factories it has where it processes grain to be used in various other areas of the country. Being a factory centered area though has led this area to become extremely poor with little to no extra money for families to spend on extra things they might need to better their lives.
Personality |
The people of District Eight are typically very strong and hardworking, though they are also known to be very fast. Despite the lack of need for running in this area, the people are fast because they need to be able to maneuver to different parts of the factories though large crowds in a timely manner to avoid the machines malfunctioning.
Careers |
These people usually hold jobs that include grain farmers in the fields of the district, grain processers in the factories, or shop owners who sell various items to those of the district. Sadly though, because this district is so poor, most children begin working in the factories at the age of eight to bring home extra money for their family to live.
